Each will be packed with important and helpful information for your preparation for and participation in the event. Be on the lookout for additional information! Be sure to share or make sure others in your group have seen this information as well.
IMPORTANT: In order to access the app / platform a first name, last name, and separate, unique email are REQUIRED for EVERY participant. If you registered a group, we need names and email addresses for ALL of your attendees. To make this process as easy as possible, we have created a Group Name/Email Collection Form. CrowdCompass Summit App Release
App download instructions are included below. Please note that the app is still a work in progress and content is subject to change / addition as needed, especially through midnight on Wednesday, March 3rd. We encourage you to download and familiarize yourself with the app NOW so that you are comfortable with it prior to the summit dates. Though we encourage use of the web based version during the summit, it is also, of course, accessible on your phone.
*****IMPORTANT REGARDING ZOOM LINKS FOR THE A2MEND VIRTUAL SUMMIT*****
All attendees will access session links through the summit app. Be sure to download and test the app prior to event start on Thursday morning! The app for the summit is unique to the event and not the organizational app.
Summit App | Meeting Platform
Your “go to” source for everything summit – complete at a glance agenda, summit program of events, presentation information, surveys, Zoom links, sponsor information, bookstore and so much more! Post-summit session recordings and chat / Q&A summaries will be available on the A2MEND website about two weeks post-conference. And… it provides you with connectivity — with each other individually, so we encourage you to keep your profiles visible.
IMPORTANT NOTE: As shared above, you will access the Zoom links for each of the sessions through the summit app which is just one of the reasons it’s important to access and play around with the app prior to the summit dates. Technical support is available to you as needed and listed at the bottom of this email.
INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP
The summit app makes accessing our virtual event quick and efficient via your device of choice — desktop, laptop, tablet and / or cell phone! We encourage using Web Based Meeting Platform for optimal viewing.

To gain access to the event content, you will be prompted to confirm your registration with your first name, last name and email address. Please use the email address that you used to register for the A2MEND 2021 Virtual Summit. A verification code will be sent to the email entered to verify your conference registration so please ensure you have access to the email account used to register for the event.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ACCESS THE APP ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE
For Apple Users (iPhone & iPad):
1. Type https://crowd.cc/s/3Zw5e in web browser, this will take you directly to the mobile markets to download the CrowdCompass app
2. Click “Download iPhone/iPad app” to load Apple’s App Store and download the app
For Android users:
1. Type https://crowd.cc/s/3Zw5e in web browser, this will take you directly to the mobile markets to download the CrowdCompass app
2. Click “Download Android App” to load Google’s Play Store and download the app
App Profile / Visibility
With visible profiles, all attendees will appear on the in-app attendee list. When browsing the list, attendees will only be able to see each other’s profile picture, name, job title, company, and bio (if entered). Attendees can tap “Add Contact” on another attendee’s profile to send them a contact request. When the request is accepted, the attendees will then be able to see each other’s full profiles.
To check and adjust your profile once in the app, click on your name top right and then scroll down to profile information. You may remove or change any information desired. Your full profile will include your phone number and address and other information you may see there (basically, all of the information included when you registered). If you do not want to share that information with others but still want to connect with others during the Summit, please delete it out of your profile and hit save.
If you choose to remove your cell number in your profile, you won’t receive Summit push notifications to your text number but you will receive them in the top right corner of the web based version of the app. Additionally, you will not receive your app verification code by text as needed but you will still receive by email. Though we encourage you to keep your profile visible for the most interactive conference experience. You may also change your hidden or visible setting here at any time as well.
